Helping companies reduce their project backlog by providing cost-effective, professional project management services.
WHAT WE DO
.
Most companies today are faced with the challenge of delivering more projects each year with less staff. This results in a backlog of projects that the company cannot successfully deliver on-schedule and stretches resources beyond their limits.
In addition, the rising costs of health care and other employee benefits places an increasing burden on companies to be able to fund additional full-time professional trained Project Managers.
JAMBella Project Services, Inc. can help ease this burden by providing short or long-term project management expertise that will allow your company to complete additional projects in a cost-effective manner, without the need to hire additional full-time staff.

TESTIMONIALS
.
Sr. Director of IT & Analytics at Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS)
John and I have known each other casually for over 4 years. However over the last 5 months we have built a very strong professional relationship, where he has served my organization as an outsourced IT Project Manager.
In this role he has been responsible for managing the planning and implementation of a population health management analytics platform that will monitor the health outcomes of over 300,000 patients over 13 counties in NYS and support the health providers that deliver clinical, behavioral and social services to them.
In this role he has proven to be an invaluable asset to my team in his ability to successfully manage multiple vendor relationships, hold all project stakeholders to task, identify risks and build mitigation strategies, be extremely responsive to questions and concerns, be flexible and quick in adapting to change, and successfully deliver on his commitments.
Culturally, his ability to easily integrate into our organization has allowed him to quickly build trust and respect with all of our staff, contracted partners and vendors. This has been one of his strongest skills and has served us all very well.
I look forward to our continued collaboration, working with John on future projects, and would highly recommend his professional services in project management to any organization.
Sr. Account Manager at SpectraMedix
John Mueller was contracted by Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS) to manage the implementation of SpectraMedix eMeasures360 and eureQa360 platform in October 2016.
As the Senior DSRIP Account Manager at SpectraMedix, I work closely with John on a day to day basis. He is outstanding in his role and has been an asset to the FLPPS implementation team. It has truly been a pleasure to work with John.
He is a consummate project management professional, technically savvy, knowledgeable and extremely thoughtful. John has the unique ability to foster relationships, develop trust and mutual respect with all team members. He keeps all partners and vendors informed and engaged in the project with status updates and regular email communication. John has also been successful in maintaining a document repository for all downstream partners.
On a personal note, I have enjoyed learning about the Fingerlakes region and wineries, which I believe was John’s project in Business School.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with John and look forward to a successful project implementation at FLPPS!
Health Informatist at FLPPS
I worked with John at Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS) on a project involving the implementation of a data platform and performance analysis tool. This was a complex initiative that required the management of several cross-functional teams comprised of organizational and vendor team members. I was most impressed with John’s ability to organize project tasks and stay on track. He was always composed, prepared, and ready to help. He also managed to lead with a positive attitude and sense of humor. I highly recommend John as a skilled project manager and great addition to any team.
